How has West Washington prepared you for your future plans: “West Washington has taught me how to come out of my comfort zone. I moved here in 8th grade, and moving to a new school taught me to be more outgoing, which I think will help me in the future to make connections.” - Elliot Nance
Coach Long’s comments on Elliot and her teammate Riley Hall recently signing to play softball at the college level: “The very quiet Riley has always let her game speak for itself. She has put in hours on hours to get where she is now. Elliot has set records in the conference with her pitching ability. She also has put in the time to be in the position she is now to play at the next level. Both girls are fierce competitors, great teammates and very coachable. They both are following in the footsteps of former players and are opening doors for future players for our program. And we have a whole season with them still to play as Senators!” - West Washington Head Softball Coach, Chris Long
