WW High School will be taking shirt orders to support the Phillip Bowsman Family. Shirts will be on sale starting Monday and run through the week. THIS IS A NEW DESIGN FOR THE TOURNEY. Proceeds from the shirts will go to the Bowsman family. All fans from all Eastern, Borden, Salem and West Washington will be encouraged to wear these shirts the first night of the boys basketball 1st Harrison Bank holiday tourney on Dec. 20 at Borden.
Tourney Format:
Dec. 20– Game 1: Salem vs Eastern– 6pm
Game 2: West Washington vs Borden– 7:30pm
Dec. 21– Consolation Game– 6pm Championship Game– 7:30

The Penguin Patch will be open December 9-13 for all students Pre-K to 6th Grade during their library time. Students should have brought home information this week on what day they can shop.
Scheduling reminder: There are no JV/Varsity Boys Basketball games this weekend. The first game will be Friday, Dec. 13th at Paoli and Saturday, Dec 14th at home against Trinity Lutheran. Please note our changes.
WW's 2 alumni sailors that are stationed at Pensacola are safe and were not involved in today's shooting on the base.
Both were in the building where the shooting took place, but they were safely secured in their classrooms.

The Varsity Girls game on Thursday, December 5th against Mitchell will be a 6:30 start time. This will be a varsity game only.

JV/Varsity boys game against Loogootee has been cancelled from December 7th and rescheduled to February 1st. It will be played at WW.
JV/Varsity boys game against East Washington has been cancelled for December 6 and rescheduled to January 7th. It will be played at East Washington.
The Varsity and JV Girls Basketball Game vs Salem scheduled for Tuesday, November 26 has been cancelled. It will be rescheduled for a later date.
The Boys and Girls Jr. High Basketball Games vs. Perry Central Monday, November 25 have been cancelled. A make-up date will be scheduled on a later date.
I know there are a lot of questions and they are all out of love, but out of respect for the family I only ask for continued prayers for all the Bowman's, family and friends.
Please pray as Coach Bowsman is currently undergoing brain surgery to relieve pressure from swelling.

Coach Bowsman had a minor stroke as a result of a blood clot. Thanks to the response of everyone at the game and at the hospital he is doing well. There are minor effects and he is expected to have a full recovery.
