The 2017 WWES Science Fair will take place on Thursday, April 13th. ALL projects will be DUE on Wednesday, April 12th by the end of the day. This date is about a week earlier than usual due to avoiding conflicts with the ISTEP+ testing schedule and the opening week of games for Campbellsburg Youth League. Displays/demonstrations with live animals can be adjusted so that animals can be brought in the morning of the event. Information will be coming home this week with all students K-6 this week, including information about project requirements, project ideas, and more! We ask that grades 3-6 avoid volcanoes and tornadoes in a bottle.
(1) Grand Champion, per grade level, will be named in K, 1st, and 2nd. They will receive a Medal, certificate, and an additional prize. In grades 3-6, we will name a Grand Champion and 3 Champions from each grade. Winners will receive a Trophy/Medal, certificate, and an additional prize as well. ALL projects will be judged based on the criteria provided and will receive a ribbon at the very least. Please encourage your child to participate. Our goal is to have 200+ projects for K-6.
Project Display Boards will be on Sale at the end of this week for $3 for those wishing to begin their work during the break. ALL projects need to should include a board or even a poster board. Thanks and Best of Luck to all of our students in this year's event. Let's make this a record-setting year!


WW BB advanced to the sectional championship. Tip Off is scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30 pm.
A caravan with police escort will leave WW between 5:45-6:00 pm.
Arrive at school at 5:30 pm to line up and support the boys on our way to Borden.
Ms. T will be there at 5:00 pm selling the shirt in the picture for $10, while supplies last. Cheer Block theme is Red Shirt and cowboy hat "What in Senator Nation".
Other fans wanting to participate can wear read with white and blue "flare" or throw on your cowboy hat.
